In Hotel Mediterraneo Benidorm we have implemented measures for the Covid 19 protection following the indications of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health, in order to offer total security to our clients and employees

In the rooms

• We have disinfected textiles, taps, switches, controls, hangers, doors, etc
• All disinfectants and virucides that we use are products authorized by the Ministry of Health
• We have arranged QR codes with the hotel directory and television menu.

In the pool

• Every day the sunbeds will be disinfected several times.
• We will maintain the distance between the sunbeds
• The sunbeds that have been used until disinfection will be blocked

Our staff

• All our personnel have been trained in Covid protection 19.
• They also have the necessary protective equipment
• We have installed screens to protect our guests and our staff.

Restaurant

• The safety distances between the tables have been established.
• All the table linen will be washed at more than 60º. Hand washing is mandatory also the use of hydro alcoholic gel and wearing a mask to access the restaurant. We have extended the timetable of the restaurant to avoid crowds. After the use of the table and chairs, they will be disinfected before the next client. All our kitchenware, cutlery and crockery will be washed at more than 80º. Guests will have a drinks menu and daily menu with QR codes

Common areas of the hotel

• The common areas, elevators, keypads, door knobs, railings, common toilets and other areas of common use will be disinfected several times a day.
• There will be informative posters regarding the rules to be followed throughout the establishment.
• We will reinforce cleaning and disinfection and we will provide several points with gel dispensers
